You can expect your Bummy to arrive in the post usually within 3-5 working days by Australia Post.

How much is postage?

Postage prices are set by Australia Post. The minimum postage cost for any item in Australia under 500 grams is $8.25 AUD. International post is country specific but is usually $25.00 AUD. Some items may attract a lower postage cost.

How frustrating!! That's the interweb for ya! If your having this problem try using another device such as another smart phone or computer. If that still isn't working then shoot us an email and we'd be happy to send you payment details for direct transfer.

Yes, this happens from time to time. If you can get on to us before we've posted your Bummy then we can easily change your details. Unfortunately, if its been sent out already you will have to go through the standard purchasing process again.

What about waist sizes?

Please be sure to check the waist size of each of our bags (in the product details) and then measure up your waist before committing to the purchase.

Can I get my bummy express post?

You sure can! Simply select the express post icon (at the bottom of our products page)and add it to your cart long with your bummy order. Express postage is an additional $3 AUD for Australian customers only.
